This course is designed against the Article 4 baseline: staff dealing with the operation and use of AI systems need sufficient literacy for their role. Attendance is logged and certificates are issued.

    FAQ

Do we need this if we don't use AI officially?

Yes - 'shadow AI' is where most exposure comes from. Article 4 applies as soon as staff use AI systems in their role.
